These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online shop operated at uandme.swiss.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
uandme sells jewellery and related products, including products selected or prepared according to the customer’s individual specifications.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour, surface, finish, dimensions or appearance may occur due to screen settings, production processes, materials and the individual characteristics of the product.
Such minor variations do not constitute a defect provided that the product corresponds substantially to the description shown in the online shop.
The customer is responsible for verifying all personalisation details, including initials, letters, combinations, quantities, materials and finishes, before placing the order.
Filippo Salmina Design is not responsible for errors in information submitted or confirmed by the customer.
Personalised products are manufactured or prepared according to the specifications selected by the customer.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the checkout process and submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
After the order has been submitted, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation. The contract is concluded when Filippo Salmina Design accepts the order by sending an order confirmation, confirming dispatch or otherwise beginning fulfilment of the order.
Filippo Salmina Design may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
If an order that has already been paid is refused or cancelled by Filippo Salmina Design, the amount paid will be refunded.
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
Filippo Salmina Design is currently not registered for Swiss value added tax. Swiss VAT is therefore not charged or shown separately.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are displayed separately before the customer submits the order.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, the prices shown do not include foreign import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Payment is due when the order is placed.
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment processing may be carried out by external payment service providers and is subject to their technical and contractual conditions.
An order will normally be processed only after payment has been successfully authorised or received.
No additional surcharge is charged by Filippo Salmina Design for payment by credit card, debit card, TWINT or another payment method displayed during checkout.
After an order has been submitted, the customer has no general contractual right to cancel it, except where a mandatory legal right of withdrawal applies.
Filippo Salmina Design may, at its own discretion, accept a cancellation request before production or order preparation has begun.
There is no entitlement to cancellation once the production or preparation of a personalised product has begun.
A cancellation request must be sent as soon as possible to info@uandme.swiss.
Orders are delivered to addresses in Switzerland and in member states of the European Union.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Any additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect a shipment may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout, the estimated delivery time is:
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery may be delayed by production requirements, payment verification, postal services, carriers, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Filippo Salmina Design.
Filippo Salmina Design will inform the customer if a significant delay becomes known.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, the customer is responsible for all import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance charges, handling fees and other taxes or charges imposed by the destination country or by third parties.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs charged by Filippo Salmina Design.
The customer is responsible for obtaining information about the applicable import requirements and charges before placing an order.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Mandatory provisions of applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Subject to the exclusions stated below, Filippo Salmina Design offers customers a voluntary right to return eligible products within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
To request a return, the customer must contact info@uandme.swiss within 30 days of receiving the product.

Under the voluntary return policy, only the purchase price of the returned product is refunded. The original shipping costs are not refunded, except where reimbursement is required by mandatory applicable law.
The refund will be made after the returned product has been received and inspected. Filippo Salmina Design may refuse or reduce the refund if the return conditions have not been met or if the product has lost value due to use, wear, damage or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Where mandatory European Union or national consumer law grants a customer a statutory right of withdrawal, that statutory right remains unaffected by the voluntary return policy above.
An EU consumer may normally withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions established by applicable law.
To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, the customer must send an unequivocal statement to info@uandme.swiss before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
Where required by mandatory law, Filippo Salmina Design will reimburse the payments received for the eligible returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
Supplementary delivery costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method are not reimbursed unless required by mandatory law.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless mandatory law provides otherwise or Filippo Salmina Design agrees to bear that cost.
Products made, manufactured, selected, engraved, combined or otherwise prepared according to the customer’s individual specifications, including products based on initials or personalised combinations selected by the customer, are excluded from the voluntary return policy.
Where permitted by applicable law, such personalised products are also excluded from any statutory right of withdrawal.
This exclusion does not apply where the product is defective, damaged upon arrival or does not correspond to the order accepted by Filippo Salmina Design.
The customer should inspect the product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Visible defects, transport damage, missing items or incorrect deliveries should be reported without undue delay to info@uandme.swiss.
The notification should include the order number, a description of the problem and, where reasonably possible, photographs showing the defect or damage.
The customer must retain the product and its packaging until Filippo Salmina Design has provided instructions concerning the claim.
The customer’s statutory warranty rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
For purchases governed by Swiss law, the rights and obligations relating to defective goods are governed by the applicable provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
For consumers residing in the European Union, any mandatory statutory guarantee or conformity rights applicable in the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorised alterations and damage caused by external influences do not constitute defects for which Filippo Salmina Design is responsible.
Filippo Salmina Design is liable for direct damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data and damage caused by third-party service providers is excluded.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Filippo Salmina Design is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural events, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government measures, customs delays, transport interruptions, strikes, technical failures, shortages of materials or failures of suppliers and service providers.
Performance will be suspended for the duration of the relevant event. If fulfilment becomes permanently impossible, either party may terminate the affected contract in accordance with applicable law.
All content on uandme.swiss, including texts, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, videos and other materials, is protected by intellectual property law.
Such content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission from Filippo Salmina Design.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on uandme.swiss and applicable data protection law.
Payment information may be processed directly by external payment service providers. Filippo Salmina Design does not necessarily receive or store complete payment card details.
Filippo Salmina Design may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version in force at the time the customer submits the order applies to that order.
Changes made after an order has been submitted do not apply retroactively unless required by law or expressly agreed by both parties.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
The invalid provision will be replaced, where legally possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended commercial purpose.
These Terms and Conditions and all contracts concluded through uandme.swiss are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection granted by the law of the consumer’s country of residence where that protection cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
The courts of Zürich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or purchases made through uandme.swiss.
Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction applicable to consumers remain reserved.
