Product

Our jewellery is made from high-quality, hypoallergenic materials. We use stainless steel (Mat. 1.4404) and 935 silver, carefully selected for durability, comfort and everyday wear. All pieces are skin-friendly and designed to maintain their finish over time.

Avoid direct contact with perfume or harsh chemicals. Your jewellery is fully suitable for showering and does not need to be removed. We recommend taking it off during sports activities to reduce the risk of injury.

Silver naturally develops slight oxidation over time, especially through contact with air, moisture, skin, perfume or cosmetics. This is normal and can usually be cleaned easily.

Use lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap. Let the jewellery soak briefly, clean it gently with a soft cloth or a very soft brush, rinse well and dry completely. Avoid aggressive or abrasive cleaning products, especially on satin surfaces.

Orders & Shipping

Standard pieces in stainless steel and 925 silver are available immediately and ready to ship. Custom or personalised versions may require additional production time. Please allow additional time for made-to-order pieces before shipping.

Shipping within Switzerland takes up to 3 business days. Delivery to Europe usually takes around one week. International shipping times may vary slightly depending on the destination and local customs processing.

We ship to Switzerland, Europe and selected additional countries. Availability for your country can be checked at checkout.

Returns

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it without providing a reason, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition.

Personalised items can only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it quickly.

A soft fabric pouch is included with every order. The Uandme gift package can be added free of charge on request in the basket.
